Setting key "automatic approval by the admin" of a new record, in one place for adverts (Bazaar, module 5), company profiles (Comcat, module 6) and discussion posts (Discussion, module 8).
Named after the entity like the sibling <entity>.confirmation.required.* keys
(EmailConfirmationSetting): advert.approval.auto (modules 5, 6) and message.approval.auto
(module 8). '1' means approved at once, '0' and a missing row mean waiting for admin approval.
The value is interpreted by InitialApprovalTrait.
