How much the participants write per operation (`params.1.operations.log` + `logThreshold`).
verbose: one line per root operation.summary(the configured default): the request summary only, plus a line for an operation worth a look (failed/rejected, a contract violation, an unusual reset, or above one of the thresholds). The summary keeps the totals of every operation, logged or not.
A participant built by hand (tests) logs everything; the container passes the configured policy.
