Stand-in for the invisible reCAPTCHA when `security.reCaptcha` is disabled (config/Shared/security.neon).
Forms keep calling $form->addInvisibleReCaptcha() and templates n:name="recaptcha". The
field exists but renders nothing (no g-recaptcha class, so the script ignores it), sends and
validates nothing. Disabled because Google reCAPTCHA does not support localhost, where the
form handler would silently block submitting.
