Toggle for reCAPTCHA (`security.reCaptcha`) and the only place that gives forms the `addInvisibleReCaptcha` method.
The DI extension of the Contributte\ReCaptcha library is not registered because it had the
keys baked into the container. When disabled, it installs DisabledReCaptchaField (a hard
configuration safeguard, localhost). When enabled, the decision is left to runtime: the
recaptcha_v2 / recaptcha_v3 connections are switched on and keyed in the admin.
