A value posing as a form control, so the Nette validators (`Validator::validate*()`) evaluate a rule condition over a stored value exactly as over the form field ({@see ParameterRuleEvaluator::formConditionHolds()}).
Some validators normalize the value (setValue()); the change stays inside this object.
