UnitOfWorkResetObserver

Gets told about every reset that {@see UnitOfWorkReset} has just carried out.
Observation only: the reset already happened when this is called, and an exception thrown here
is swallowed by the reset service. Implementations count scalars (kind, reason) and keep no
entity. With params.1.operations.observe off there is no observer at all.
