Where in the page the custom code is inserted (`cms_system_custom_assets.placement`).
The three places match what third-party snippets require:
head—<head>, before the content renders (css, measuring libraries)body_start— right after<body>(the Google Tag Manager<noscript>iframe requires it)body_end— before</body>(scripts that wait for the DOM)
The front end renders each place with its own component call (CustomAssets).
