Content filter mode of a parameter (`disallowUrl` / `disallowBlacklistedWords`).
- Off: not applied,
- OnSave: the replacement happens on save, so the database holds already cleaned data,
- OnRender: the database keeps the raw data and the replacement happens only on display (detail, meta tags, specifications…).
