ParameterRuleConditionInterface

Single rule condition: "parameter X satisfies validator V over values Y".
validator is a constant from ParameterRuleConditionValidator
(:equal, :blank, :all_in, …) and is also a Nette validation rule, so it is passed
straight to addConditionOn().
