ParameterRelInterface

Link between a parameter value and a host entity (currently an advert, possibly others later).
Holds only what the listing layer needs across modules: the raw value/value2 and the linked
parameter. It deliberately does not know the concrete host entity (advert), so that
ParameterDisplayBuilder can be typed independently of the module.
