Record that a visitor without an account can manage through the "manage" link from the insert e-mail (Bazaar advert, Comcat company profile, Discussion post).
The key rules are in AdvertManageKey, storing and verifying in
ManageKeyTrait. The link is bound to self::getPassword()
(the password hash, or for a guest post a random secret the server set on insert): once it changes,
the link and every open edit session stop working. A record with an owner (getOwnerUserId() > 0) is
managed after login and never gets a key.
