AbstractYes

Voucher parameters per currency: min/max cart value (validation) + fixed discount `price` (null for a purely percentage voucher). PK = (voucher, currencyId), owned FK in the PK, `currencyId` is a scalar axis (like {@see ProductSetFeePrice}).
