SetCompositionError

Stable markers of set composition errors. The Api manager puts them into `Result::getMessage()` and the Admin form picks the user message from them. `ResultCode` is not enough: `DB_DUPLICATE_ENTRY` is returned for a duplicate `code` and for an occupied variant, `VALIDATION_FAILED` for a cycle and for anything else. The bridge carries `message` unchanged.
Shared (not in the Api manager) so that Admin does not have to import an Api class.
