Side of the conversation in work item comments: who reads, respectively who wrote.
Work item comments are communication between company and client. The unread badge is always computed for the other side: what the client wrote waits for the admin and vice versa.
NOTE: Company is one subject, so a comment read by one admin counts as read for the whole
company. It is a side of the conversation, not a user.
