Source parameter of a parameter rule condition, with a derived identity.
The PK is the association pair rule + parameter, mapped in the leaf. The scalars
ruleId and parameterId are read-only mirrors of the same columns, mapped for filters
(EqualFilter('ruleId'/'parameterId')); only the associations write
(insertable: false, updatable: false). There is deliberately no setRuleId() or
setParameterId(), so the scalars cannot drift from the associations.
