Type / origin of a private conversation: how the thread was created. Kept on the thread (`cms_mod_base_message_threads.type`), like `ThreadType` for comments and ratings. It serves admin filtering and the choice of notification template.
IMPORTANT: the thread deliberately holds no foreign key to an advert or order; the Base module
does not reference Bazaar or Comcat. The link is held by the initiating record
(Response::$messageThreadId), like Blog\Event -> commentThreadId.
