Physical table and column names of the parameter family of a single module.
The only module-specific input of the shared AbstractParameterRuleManager (raw-DBAL rule
graph). All names derive from the prefix cms_mod_{module}; structural columns (parameter_id,
parameter_rule_id, key, option_id, function, validator, action, parent_id, level,
always_visible) are the same across modules (literals in the manager), so they are not in the map.
The names come from trusted leaf manager configuration, not from the request, so interpolating
them into SQL is safe (the same idiom as the safeDisplayTargetColumn whitelist).
