How personal data is shown to a foreign unprivileged caller in mode {@see PersonalDataExposure::Sanitized}. Vocabulary for {@see PersonalData}.
Email is masked (abc***@d***.cz) in sanitized, Hidden is empty. In empty both are
'', in full both are unchanged.
On User, phone, address, company data and "about me" are Hidden; the website shows
the seller through :Api:System:User:publicProfile and showPhone. City and country stay
public: list filters rely on them.
